Uncle Luke, born Luther Roderick Campbell on December 22, 1960, is an American rapper, record producer, and entrepreneur. He is best known for his role as a founding member and leader of the hip-hop group 2 Live Crew, as well as his contributions to the Miami bass and Southern hip-hop scenes.

In the late 1980s and early 1990s, 2 Live Crew gained notoriety for their sexually explicit lyrics and provocative performances. Uncle Luke played a central role in the group's success, serving as the primary rapper and lyricist. Their controversial album "As Nasty As They Wanna Be" (1989) became the first to be labeled legally obscene by the United States government, leading to legal battles that eventually reached the Supreme Court.
