The Lox, consisting of members Jadakiss (Jason Terrance Phillips), Styles P (David Styles), and Sheek Louch (Sean Divine Jacobs), is an American hip-hop group hailing from Yonkers, New York. Formed in the early 1990s, The Lox gained prominence as part of the Bad Boy Records roster before establishing themselves as a respected force in the rap industry.
The Lox first garnered attention through collaborations with artists like Mary J. Blige and The Notorious B.I.G. Their distinctive street-oriented lyrics, gritty delivery, and signature ad-libs set them apart in the East Coast hip-hop scene.
