Juicy J, born Jordan Michael Houston on April 5, 1975, is an American rapper, songwriter, record producer, and founding member of the hip-hop group Three 6 Mafia. Hailing from Memphis, Tennessee, Juicy J has had a significant impact on Southern hip-hop and trap music.
Juicy J, along with DJ Paul, formed Three 6 Mafia in the early 1990s, and the group became known for its dark and ominous production style, incorporating elements of horrorcore. Three 6 Mafia gained widespread recognition with albums like "Mystic Stylez" (1995) and "When the Smoke Clears: Sixty 6, Sixty 1" (2000).
In addition to his work with Three 6 Mafia, Juicy J embarked on a successful solo career. He released solo albums such as "Chronicles of the Juice Man" (2002) and "Hustle Till I Die" (2009). However, it was his resurgence in the 2010s that brought him renewed commercial success.
