Born on February 15, 1969, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Birdman is best known for co-founding Cash Money Records, one of the most successful and influential record labels in the hip-hop industry.

Birdman's journey in the music industry began with his involvement in the duo Big Tymers, alongside producer and rapper Mannie Fresh. The duo achieved success in the late 1990s and early 2000s with albums like "How Ya Luv That?" and "I Got That Work."

However, Birdman's most significant contributions came as the co-founder and CEO of Cash Money Records, which he founded with his brother Ronald "Slim" Williams. The label became home to iconic artists such as Lil Wayne, Juvenile, and Drake.
