The Levert Experience and Miki Howard Anniversary Tour

The LeVert Experience and Miki Howard Anniversary Tour celebrates 40 years of timeless R&B with two connected musical legacies and a catalog filled with fan-favorite hits.

The LeVert Experience features Marc Gordon, original founding member of LeVert, alongside David Tolliver of Men At Large and Joe Little III of The Rude Boys, bringing audiences the music and legacy connected to Gerald Levert, LeVert and the Trevel Productions family. The show features favorites including “Casanova,” “Baby I’m Ready,” “Just Coolin’,” “Written All Over Your Face” and “So Alone.”

Miki Howard brings her celebrated catalog of R&B classics, including “Come Share My Love,” “Baby, Be Mine,” “Love Under New Management” and “Ain’t Nobody Like You.” Her history with Gerald Levert, including their duet “That’s What Love Is,” creates a natural connection between both sides of the evening.

Built around recognizable hits, powerhouse vocals, rich harmonies and authentic R&B history, The LeVert Experience and Miki Howard Anniversary Tour offers theaters, performing arts centers, casinos and concert venues a strong nostalgia-driven package designed for audiences who continue to support classic soul and R&B.

The Legends Behind The Legacy

Bootsy Collins

Bootsy Collins is funk in full color. From his formative work with James Brown to his rise with Parliament-Funkadelic and Bootsy’s Rubber Band, he transformed the bass into a lead voice and built a persona unlike anyone before him. His sound, style, and imagination continue to echo across hip-hop, R&B, rock, and electronic music, securing his place as one of funk’s defining architects.

Zapp

Few artists have shaped modern music like Zapp. Led by the legendary Roger Troutman, the group revolutionized funk with their signature talkbox sound and timeless hits including “More Bounce to the Ounce,” “Computer Love,” and “Dance Floor.” Their influence can be heard throughout hip-hop and R&B, with samples and collaborations spanning generations—from Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre to 2Pac’s iconic “California Love.”
