BIOGRAPHY

Men at Large was formed in Cleveland, Ohio, in the late 1980s. The duo consisted of David Tolliver and Jason Champion. They gained recognition for their soulful voices and the ability to blend traditional R&B with contemporary elements.

In 1992, Men at Large signed with the independent label EastWest Records and released their debut album, "Men at Large." The album featured the hit single "Use Me," which became a chart-topping R&B hit. The success of the single helped the album achieve commercial success.

Their second album, "One Size Fits All" (1994), continued to showcase their vocal talents and included tracks like "So Alone" and "Um Um Good." Men at Large's music often explored themes of love and relationships, and their romantic ballads resonated with R&B audiences.

While Men at Large may not have achieved the same level of mainstream success as some of their contemporaries, they were appreciated within the R&B community for their vocal prowess and contributions to the genre.

After the release of their second album, the duo took a hiatus. In the following years, the members pursued individual projects. Jason Champion went on to join the R&B group Rude Boys.

Men at Large has not released new music as a duo. However, their music from the 1990s remains a part of the R&B landscape, and they are remembered for their smooth harmonies and soulful ballads that captured the essence of the era.
